We will achieve this by:
- Creating and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all personnel
- Ensuring that HSE is everyone's responsibility by promoting continuous improvement and learning on HSE
- Educating every employee, subcontractor and customer representatives on their personal and collective responsibility for HSE
- Identifying and eliminating hazards before they become HSE problems
Drug & Alcohol Policy
AEREX Sdn Bhd strictly prohibits the consumption or being under the influence of intoxicating drugs and alcohol which would impair the performance of work and a serious threat to the Health, Safety and Environment at our business operations.
To ensure full compliance to our Policy on elimination of alcohol and drug abuse, the following measures are being implemented:
- Continuously promote a working environment with zero tolerance on abuse of drugs and alcohol;
- Total prohibition of possession, distribution or sales of drugs or alcohol at work locations;
- Conducting comprehensive investigation after occurrence of an incident or accident, whereby the possibility of alcohol or drugs might have been a contributing factor;
- Conduct lawful searches for alcohol and drug at any work area, location, employee or contractor
Contractors, common carriers, and vendor personnel are also covered by paragraph one and the search provisions of point no 4 of this policy. Those who violate the policy will be removed from company premises and may be denied future entry.
